The staff was the best I've seen in decades of first class travel. The restaurant (9th floor) was a hot local destination, not just a filler. The gym was well equipped ...although the European brands of fitness were strange to me ..and maybe not as functional as in the USA Central location allowed for walks to major Munich museums, sites (good and bad), and parks (English Gardens).

It is an upscale hotel with an elegant design and look. Our room was very comfortable and had everything you need. It was a memorable stay!

Lovely hotel and service. Everything you would expect from a luxury collection. Bed was comfortable and toilets were very well appointed. Breakfast was not included, but we had it and it was lovely. However for a luxury collection some things fell short, not clearing out empty bottles and missing towels after house keeping. For the price paid, really did wish more attention was paid to the details. Overall lovely stay, will definitely come back if I’m in Munich.

An exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel’s design, location, service, and attention to details were all flawless - truly a 10 out of 10. As someone who is extremely particular about hotels, I can honestly say I’ve never been this impressed. Our stay was nothing short of extraordinary, and every element exceeded expectations. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who values design, refined luxury, and impeccable service.

This hotel is really beautiful. The room amenities were over the top and staff was great. Walking distance to shopping but also some lovely quiet neighborhoods and parks. We only had one night and wished for a longer stay!
