Its great value for money

The rooms are beyond minimalistic. Mattress on the floor. Frosted glass bathroom door. No door knob but a hole where the knob should be

Clean room although carpet could go with replacing. No basics like a cup, spoon or kettle which seems so basic I didn’t check. Just a bed and bathroom but functional for one night and well connected

Went to reception to ask where I could get a glass of water (no bottles in room) and was told to drink the tap water in the bathroom. No cups provided in room to do this. Asked to borrow an iron and had to pay a £10 deposit to bring it to the room. Room was not clean. Removed socks to walk on wooden floor around bed and immediately had dirt stick to the soles of my feet.

Really great stay for a cheap, clean, upmarket alternative to a hostel. Lovely clean design rooms and excellent A/C (very important in the latest heatwaves!). The only thing to say is that you shouldn’t stay here if you have any mobility concerns or can’t get up and down off the floor easily, as there are no chairs in the rooms, only near-floor mattresses/beds. I really think the rooms would really benefit from a minimalist shelf or desk and stools to put items on/perch on, as it made the room a bit un functional and prone to mess (we had a twin room). This is the main reason why I’ve only given 4 star, not 5.

Water stopped working in the morning. No windows in rooms. Room was hot. The air con not cold.

Wow. A disappointment of a room - bed on the floor, no TV or any other amenity in the room. Room too small even for one person. Had to rent an iron.
