The staff was great, always friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Everything was as expected and the staff very friendly and helpful

Solid

Tout était parfait

The room was clean and well equipped. A good option for a hotel stay with a small kitchenette! The location was good, we had a great view of the city on the 13th floor, but it is a good 10+min walk from the nearest tube stations which felt a bit far with our toddler. The breakfast is expensive considering it is just a continental spread. I suggest you go for a full English in a nearby cafe instead!

The studio room was very clean, the kitchen had everything needed (coffee, cleaning products, cutlery), bathroom was very good. Check in is possible late after midnight you just need to ring the bell and be patient as the staff might not be at the reception. The room has sealed windows (that don't open) but air conditioning which ensures ventilation. Views are lovely from top floor rooms.

给的房间我其实很不满意

The staff, Ben and Natalia in particular, were helpful and agreeable. The rooms are clean and well organized but they are not big.

Great central hotel. All attractions close by some within walking distance. Room was clean with all amenities you would need. Great helpful staff at front desk.

No hot water on the 2nd morning.
