A fantastic hotel with friendly staff and the rooms are fabulously comfortable!

Beautiful hotel in great, safe location around the corner from Tower Bridge. Only 10 minutes walk to London Bridge rail station and bus stop across the street for easy transport options. Plenty of pubs, restaurants and small grocery stores within a block or two. The room was a good size with spacious modern bathroom. Beds and pillows were comfortable and room was quiet. Amenities included a super mini mini fridge, bathrobes, coffee/tea maker, hair dryer and closet with a safe. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel was lovely but AC did not work and was not acknowledged or rectified during stay, on check out was told was due to warm spring weather. Completely unacceptable, was then offered free breakfast upgrade 'next booking' - incredible

A fantastic hotel with one of the best breakfasts - the bacon was top quality, thick and meaty 👍. Hubby was impressed to find poached eggs as part of the buffet and everything was piping hot (which is often not the case in other hotel buffet breakfasts). The whole property was in excellent condition and we found the room to be very quiet (even though the hotel was basically full).

Great location, great staff, fantastic building. A first class stay. Nothing was too much trouble for the Dixon team. The room was spotless, in fact the whole hotel was so well maintained and clean. Some great features maintained from the original building which add to the character, Special mention for Siddharth, who from check in to check out made the whole stay a real pleasure. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again in the future. Thank you to the whole Dixon Team. First class!
