Perfect budget place to stay as always. Very convenient transportation links.

Perfect spot, easy to get the underground, lovely staff, really clean and welcoming

Clean room with amiable staff . The storage space good but kept under bed so getting out and then opening is hard as it is heavy .not suitable for people with health issues or pregnancy .they could add some tyres or open in space facing outside rather than from top to ease it . The ambience is good ,cleaned toilets ,workspace,lounge,restaurant ,kitchen .get royal feel .must try for palace experience

Quieter area, girls dorms are decently quiet and comfortable, if a bit warm in the summer.

Always safe, quiet, and civilized. Truly distinctive building and very close to bus lines.

The property was so convenient and good that I booked another stay for another 3 nights in the same week and also had another night which I booked directly with reception due to the urgent nature of the first extension.

When I booked this stay I was skeptical because for location it was very cheap. I wasn’t expecting much but a place to lay my head after work. WOW I couldn’t have being more wrong in my pre stay assumption. This place is outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for more this hostel is clean, friendly and amazing. Best place to stay in London if you need good cheap accommodation. I will be returning very soon. Thank you so much to all the staff for being so welcoming. You do a fantastic job each and every one of you. I have recommended this place to many of my industry colleagues and I am sure they will be using this facility for there next stay.

At 60 I never thought I'd fall in LOVE Again, A million Thank Yous to all the Smiles, Hello, Warm Welcomes from the STAFF at this Swiss Chalet. I had no reason to tour London. All I needed was within blocks of this Great Place. I'm a better person, then when I arrived 10 days ago. We say in Hawaii , A HUI HO KA KO ( until we meet again) Aloooooooha kamoi kainoakaneaiakala

The staff kept this place very clean. Id say the downfall here is the size of the kitchen. It's super small and challenging to prep or even use the kettle.
