Hotel is decent and is okay fir a couple of nights Stayed in a single room, top floor with en-suite. Location of the hotel is good, 5 min walk from Paddington station. Entrance of hotel is good, manned reception. Hot drinks available at reception but did not use. Water refilling machine at reception. Leaflets on Local attractions available at reception. Windows have child locks so you can’t open fully. This was an issue as the room was too hot. Outside 28deg Celsius. Fan was included already in the room but did not help much. Eventually cooled down to 26 and managed to sleep. En-suite is a pod style convenient and clean. Safe included but did not use £100 holding deposit required when checking I

The hotel is just 2 blocks from paddington station. The hotel is near shops, tube, and many places to eat. The staff was friendly.

Tourist shops nearby. I went to the Dickens pub opposite Paddington station and the Lebanese kitchen next door to the pub for a great supper.

Did the job for overnight business trip

Warm welcome on arrival. Room was very clean as was property. Very good breakfast. Will certainly stay again.

Absolutely disappointing. The facilities were absymal. I've stayed in better-appointed backpackers. The "included breakfast" was a platter of packet deli meats, stale mini-croissants, and Cheerios. The "work desk" was a shelf with a footrest under it to sit on. The shower was so tiny you'll constantly bump the water off or the hot water to max. The tea and coffee service is on the ground floor, using milk left out at room temperature overnight in a jug. Truly disappointing. The photos made it look like a bargain price properly-run hotel but this is a low class bnb. I wish I knew. I would have preferred to simply pay more for a decent stay.

Exceptional staff, very friendly

Hotel was good. The manager made the stay exceptional when I lost one of my cuff links and he gave me a pair of his. Made my week!

It was small, but clean and nice!

Second visit. All was fine and as expected
