I would not recommend this hotel, it’s pretty average. The only positive is the location - apart from that below average. Dirty, bugs, noisy, no breakfast included. You can find better hotel in Hanoi for that price range

Functional, clean hotel. Friendly staff, front rooms with windows are spacious (with 2 double beds) and comfortable (though the beds are hard). Short walk to the lake area. The hotel is a couple of blocks away from the main tourist area so it’s quieter. There is no F&B available in the hotel though. If you want western breakfast food there is a coffee shop a couple of blocks away. Otherwise is more local fare. I found all the staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem was the hotel room safe was not attached to anything!

Is good enough for the money you pay, there are some more options with better quality close to that location. The internet is not good.

Just wrapped up our stay at Alisa Hotel & Spa. The staff, especially Tim and Jane, were very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange transfers and were quick to respond when we reached out with questions. We would stay again.

Nice little hotel very well located in the heart of Old Hanoi. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They kindly let us checked in very early in the morning. Tim was also very helpful during our entire stay. The room we booked was spacious and clean

Great location, close to the lake and tons of places to eat & shop. All staff extremely friendly

Good basic room in walking distance to the lake and many interesting places. Disappointed that half of the rooms are at the rear facing aspect of the building and don’t have windows or a balcony. It was good for what we needed as heading to the airport the next day, however would not recommend for a longer stay. If you could guarantee a balcony room, street facing - different story altogether. Staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly and the rooms were very clean.

Location, staff and service were EXTRAORDINARY! Would stay here again!
