The hotel is in a super convenient spot near the big shopping centre, Central Phuket. It’s also within walking distance to a spa, nail salon, laundry shop, a bunch of restaurants, and a 7-Eleven.
The staff were lovely, but I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t get the 30% birthday month discount at the hotel restaurant because I didn’t mention it when ordering. That was actually the main reason we ate there for breakfast and dinner, but oh well.

The location, cleanliness was very good. The staff were very polite and friendly. It was also near to a shopping mall. Overall its a very good option for stay.

Cleaning staff...After room was "cleaned" and upon returning to room I noticed several stains throughout the top bedding. I immediately approached the cleaning staff(female) to ask her about it. She accused me of putting the stains on the bedding, after going back and forth with me/arguing she finally changed the bedding. She had an attitude with me because I asked for clean bedding. So I would say the cleaning staff attitude needs to improve.

Great hotel, friendly helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Only thing could be improved is water pressure of shower. Also would be good if rooms had smart TVs instead of just normal tv stations.
