This hotel was a huge disappointment from the moment I arrived. The entrance was run-down, dirty, and clearly neglected—definitely not the charming “boutique” vibe advertised online. It honestly looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time.
The smell was the worst part. There was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property, including inside the room, and it was impossible to ignore. To make matters worse, there’s a flower shop in the front that added an unusual and overwhelming mix of scents that somehow made everything even more unpleasant, not charming.
The room itself also had a terrible smell that lingered the entire stay and made it hard to relax or even sleep comfortably. This place felt nothing like the photos on Expedia, which were completely misleading and did not reflect the hotel’s current condition at all.
I was genuinely annoyed that I stayed here and felt misled by the listing. This property needs serious cleaning, maintenance, and honesty in its advertising. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

We only stayed a couple nights and really like our stay. It is lovely to walk through a flower shop on your way to your room!

Al di sotto della media Nothing was as the pictures advertising the hotel, I have foto evidence, cafe is now a florist,room were small,uncomfortable,no lamps or bedside cabinets, very small bathroom,only plus was location.Keep away, not at all recommended.

Location was great.
Pool is only accessible to one room, not to all staying at the hotel.

Definitely not what we expected. Very cute but very small and old. We paid to upgrade to the Villa, which was much better, and was the only way to use the pool.
Mainly our short stay would have been better if the staff were friendly.
Overall it was fine, the charm of the building, florist, cafe was the main pull.

Fantastico I love this hotel. This was actually my first hotel that I stayed while visiting Thailand for my birthday trip. I came in late, but they were very accommodating with making sure that I had all the information I needed to check in the room was very nice and clean. They also had me birthday flowers on my bed when I got to my room that was so special and just a great start to my birthday trip the next day they gave me a birthday cake with a birthday drink it was so special staff was so kind. They let me keep my luggage at the hotel until I was going to check into my new hotel. Everything was great. I appreciate the love that the staff showed me it really meant a lot to me🙏🥹❤️

Not so much like the photos, but was a good place for a night. Inside a boutique flower shop with a very small room and bathroom. Somewhat clean. Great, welcoming staff

There was no elevator to the second floor and had to carry our luggages up. The shower wouldn’t drain, and we had to call the front desk. She fixed it but it still reeked of sewer. The shower was also rusty and not in good condition.
