I recently stayed at a hotel in Phuket, and honestly, it was a pretty disappointing experience from start to finish. The photos online made it look modern and clean, but in reality, the place felt outdated and poorly maintained. The room had a musty smell as soon as I walked in, and the air conditioning barely worked, which made it really uncomfortable in the tropical heat.

The cleanliness was another major issue. The bedsheets didn’t feel fresh, and I even noticed stains on the towels. The bathroom was worse there was mold in the corners of the shower, and the water pressure was inconsistent. Definitely not what I expected for the price I paid.
Service wasn’t great either. The staff seemed uninterested and slow to respond to requests. I had to call multiple times just to get basic things like extra towels, and even then, it took forever. There was no sense of hospitality, which is surprising for a place in a tourist hotspot like Phuket.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are definitely better options in Phuket for the same price or even less. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
