Omina Hanoi Hotel and Restaurant

Le valutazioni a stelle si basano sulla panoramica di Klook delle informazioni sulla struttura (come servizi e dotazioni inclusi, ecc.) e sono solo a scopo di riferimento.

The room is small but nice enough for three stars.

Staff are very helpful

Very central area. You can easy to reach to famous destinations with walking distance. Steps to Cafe and restaurants. ATM just onsite Hotel area that was really convenient for using Cash. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended

The room was spotless. Check in very easy & fast. The location is perfect. The breakfast is excellent. Next door is 24 hour convenience store, very handy. Your staff, Victor, Ruby, Vivienne & Wayne are credit to the hotel. They are so helpful and patient. My stay was made totally hassle free by them. Highly recommend

Everything at this hotel was great up until I noticed $100 was missing from my safe. I messaged receptionist regarding the missing money and within 10 minutes, denial, denial, denial with out even having time to question team members and anyone who has access to master keys to safes and rooms. I was letting it slide and already considered it as a hefty $100 tip for the person who took it. I didn’t care but simply wanted to bring it to attention that there were thieves working at the hotel. Receptionist made it WORSE by wanting to get the police involved after I had told them I was already letting it go. They continued to deny and wanted to get the police involved. The theft occurred overnight while I was on my overnight Ha Long Bay cruise that the hotel had set up themselves. Upon returning to property, I had less than 20 hours left in Hanoi and just wanted to enjoy my final night. However, they continued to harass me via WhatsApp and continued to deny and urged me to file a report with local police. I told them there is no proof of the theft so it was a waste of time to get police involved and continued to insist. It was already bad that someone stole $100 but they made it 100x worst with the constant harassment all night when all I wanted to do was enjoy my final night in Hanoi. Lesson learned: DO NOT LEAVE CASH IN SAFE
