Fairly clean, but walls are paper thin especially when it comes to connecting rooms you can hear your neighbors conversation super well. Amenities and hotel otherwise are very nice and worth the price on fitness street.

The Blue Mavi is an excellent choice for anyone who is traveling in this part of Phuket, Thailand. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable-like sleeping on a cloud!!
The staff was always attentive and friendly. The staff looked happy to be at work. That really showed me that the management is running the hotel beautifully. The guests are happy, the staff are happy. This hotel rates a 10/10!!

Restaurant great, good value, staff fantastic. Spa great, staff amazing. Gym only used once was adequate. Reception not helpful. Street noise ridiculous from a local bar, open past when it should have been, screaming every night- 11.30- 2am weekdays, past 4 am on weekends. Staff wouldn’t relocate me, despite me paying for a suite.

Construction on going during stay. Misleading charges bad smell of sewage. Air conditioning not good. Balcony glass all cracked on many units not just mine. Health and safety issue lots more but won’t boar you

Smell was bad sheets after being changed were dirty the hotel was only a year old felt like it was 10 years old rooms were bad poor furniture finish hated it wouldnt recommend to any one i know very poor.

Although the room itself was nice, I noticed when I pulled back the curtains it was dusty like it had never been dusted before. I also noticed my floor hadn’t been swept during the daily cleaning.
Staff was nice and keen to help. The pool was great but I wish they had an area with some shade.

The mattress was comfy. Nice linens too. This is a big deal to me. I like a good nights sleep!
