La posizione dell'hotel è davvero impeccabile, la stazione della metropolitana è a due o tre minuti a piedi, e sotto l'hotel ci sono due grandi centri commerciali, Wanda Plaza e Blue Whale World, il che è estremamente comodo. Avevamo prenotato una camera familiare con casa sull'albero, ma l'hotel ci ha comunicato che non c'era disponibilità, il che è stato molto deludente. Fortunatamente, il giorno prima del check-in, un cliente ha cancellato la prenotazione e il personale dell'hotel ci ha avvisato immediatamente, così alla fine siamo riusciti a soggiornare nella camera familiare, il che è degno di lode! L'hotel è molto nuovo e pulito, la camera è spaziosa, e il design della casa sull'albero con lo scivolo ha permesso ai bambini di sfogarsi completamente. This time we bought a two-person off-road buggy experience through Klook. When we arrived, we paid an extra ¥98 for our son to ride in the instructor's vehicle. Having an instructor accompany him the whole time made us feel quite at ease. Although the weather was very hot, the route had quite a few jungle sections with tree shade, which made it much more comfortable.
My husband and I shared a vehicle. Since we didn't know the way at all, an instructor led the way for us the entire time, so we didn't have to worry about getting lost. It's a fixed route that lasts about an hour—just the right amount of time, and easy for beginners to handle.
Along the way, we actually had a minor rollover accident. Fortunately, the instructor reacted extremely quickly and rushed over immediately to help us, check on the situation, and handle everything. In the end, we were just a little shaken up with no serious injuries. Overall, the instructors are professional and responsible, the safety measures are well handled, and the experience is both thrilling and fun. On April 9th (Friday) at 1:45 PM, my wife and I took the Trans-Island Chinalink coach for the first time from Un Chau Shopping Centre in Cheung Sha Wan. We passed through Shenzhen Bay Port very smoothly and arrived directly at Grand Mercure Shenzhen Guangming at 3:35 PM. Check-in at the reception desk was completed in 2 minutes, and we settled into our room on the 11th floor. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with no strange odors in the restroom or bathroom. In the evening, we enjoyed a rich buffet with hot pot available. I particularly enjoyed the chef's delicious grilled garlic oysters and pan-fried lamb chops. The cold cabinet offered sodas, beer, and fruit juices. The breakfast buffet also met our expectations. After dinner, we took a stroll to the Wanda Plaza next door. After breakfast, we walked to the Blue Whale World Shopping Center next door, which is very large and has a wide array of facilities. The only regrettable thing about the hotel is that it does not offer SPA and massage services to guests over 60 years old. The transportation is very convenient, as Phoenix City Metro Station is right next to the hotel, allowing easy access to nearby tourist attractions. I will definitely return to this hotel for another vacation.

Anche se avevamo acquistato il buffet, era necessario prenotare telefonicamente il giorno prima per riservare un tavolo. Quando siamo arrivati presto, tutti i posti vicino alla finestra erano vuoti, ma non potevamo sederci perché erano tutti contrassegnati come riservati, invece di essere assegnati in base all'ordine di arrivo. Per il secondo pasto avevamo prenotato un posto vicino alla finestra, ma quando siamo arrivati era già occupato da qualcun altro; il personale ha gestito male la situazione. Questa è stata la parte più deludente, abbiamo dovuto aspettare in piedi per una nuova assegnazione. Con 1680 dollari era inclusa la colazione, il pranzo e la cena a buffet per due persone, abbiamo mangiato senza sosta. Vorrei tornarci, a parte il museo della scienza che merita una visita, purtroppo non c'è molto da fare nelle vicinanze e i bambini hanno trovato l'esperienza complessivamente un po' noiosa.

Thank you, Manager Wai, for helping us upgrade our room. Both Klook and the hotel staff were polite throughout. The hotel is very spacious, and the bathtub is great for kids. There's also a small tent, and the view is open and expansive. The hotel is also very close to the MTR station and a shopping mall, which is super convenient. The service definitely lives up to the price. Thumbs up!

It was my husband's birthday on the day we checked in, and the hotel was very thoughtful. They decorated the room and even sent up a cake in the evening. The room was very clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. However, the exhaust fan in the toilet was very weak, and it took a long time to clear the air. The swimming pool isn't very big, with three lanes. One is for lessons, one is a continuous loop lane, and one is exclusively for hotel guests. It's fine for a quick dip. The location is also very convenient. Breakfast was average, with not many choices.

This is our fourth stay, and the experience remains wonderful. The scenery is beautiful, and many happy memories were made right here at the hotel. The service quality is high, though the bathtub could have been cleaned a bit better. I didn't take any room photos, so these are all pictures of the scenery 🙏🏼🙈
