L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment impeccable, la station de métro est à deux ou trois minutes à pied, et en bas, il est directement relié à deux grands centres commerciaux, Wanda Plaza et Blue Whale World, ce qui est très pratique. Nous avions initialement réservé une chambre familiale cabane dans les arbres, mais l'hôtel nous a informés qu'il n'y avait pas de disponibilité, ce qui était très décevant. Heureusement, un jour avant notre arrivée, un client a annulé sa réservation, et le personnel de l'hôtel nous en a immédiatement informés, nous avons donc finalement pu séjourner dans la chambre familiale, ce qui est digne d'éloges ! L'hôtel est très récent et très propre, la chambre est spacieuse, et la conception de la cabane dans les arbres avec toboggan a permis aux enfants de se défouler complètement. De plus, des articles de toilette spéciaux pour enfants sont fournis, tels que des tasses, des brosses à dents, des peignoirs et des chaussons, ce qui est très attentionné !

This time we bought a two-person off-road buggy experience through Klook. When we arrived, we paid an extra ¥98 for our son to ride in the instructor's vehicle. Having an instructor accompany him the whole time made us feel quite at ease. Although the weather was very hot, the route had quite a few jungle sections with tree shade, which made it much more comfortable.
My husband and I shared a vehicle. Since we didn't know the way at all, an instructor led the way for us the entire time, so we didn't have to worry about getting lost. It's a fixed route that lasts about an hour—just the right amount of time, and easy for beginners to handle.
Along the way, we actually had a minor rollover accident. Fortunately, the instructor reacted extremely quickly and rushed over immediately to help us, check on the situation, and handle everything. In the end, we were just a little shaken up with no serious injuries. Overall, the instructors are professional and responsible, the safety measures are well handled, and the experience is both thrilling and fun. On April 9th (Friday) at 1:45 PM, my wife and I took the Trans-Island Chinalink coach for the first time from Un Chau Shopping Centre in Cheung Sha Wan. We passed through Shenzhen Bay Port very smoothly and arrived directly at Grand Mercure Shenzhen Guangming at 3:35 PM. Check-in at the reception desk was completed in 2 minutes, and we settled into our room on the 11th floor. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with no strange odors in the restroom or bathroom. In the evening, we enjoyed a rich buffet with hot pot available. I particularly enjoyed the chef's delicious grilled garlic oysters and pan-fried lamb chops. The cold cabinet offered sodas, beer, and fruit juices. The breakfast buffet also met our expectations. After dinner, we took a stroll to the Wanda Plaza next door. After breakfast, we walked to the Blue Whale World Shopping Center next door, which is very large and has a wide array of facilities. The only regrettable thing about the hotel is that it does not offer SPA and massage services to guests over 60 years old. The transportation is very convenient, as Phoenix City Metro Station is right next to the hotel, allowing easy access to nearby tourist attractions. I will definitely return to this hotel for another vacation.

Mme Wendy Wu a fait preuve d'un service professionnel, présentant avec précision les services et les installations de l'hôtel. Lors de l'enregistrement, la réception nous a surclassés dans une chambre avec vue sur le jardin offrant une meilleure vue, qui était en effet plus belle que celle de nos séjours précédents. Nous sommes venus plusieurs fois, et cette fois-ci, la vue était la meilleure. Cette fois, nous sommes principalement venus pour le club pour enfants. L'espace de jeu n'est pas très grand, il convient mieux aux enfants d'âge préscolaire. La salle de jeux propose des activités manuelles, mais chacune est payante, ce qui n'est pas très rentable, mais l'avantage est que les enfants peuvent être pris en charge. Par rapport aux séjours précédents, les chambres n'ont plus de machine à café, seuls les étages exécutifs en sont équipés. Cependant, lors de notre dernier séjour dans une chambre exécutive, comme nous pouvions utiliser le salon, nous ne préparions pas de café dans la chambre et n'utilisions pas la machine à café, nous allions directement au salon pour boire du café.

The hotel is new, the environment is comfortable, the rooms are large, and the bathroom is excellent. Every time we ordered takeout, a robot delivered the food, so we didn't have to go down to the lobby to pick it up. The revolving restaurant was great, but the staff's seating arrangement was poor. Although we purchased the buffet, we still had to call the day before to reserve a table. When we arrived early, all the window seats were empty, but we couldn't sit there because they were marked as reserved, instead of being first-come, first-served. For the second meal, we had reserved a window seat, but when we arrived, someone else was already sitting there. The staff's arrangement was again mishandled. This part was the most disappointing, and we had to stand around waiting to be seated. For $1680, it included a double room with breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, and we ate non-stop. I really want to stay again. Besides the Science and Technology Museum, which is worth visiting, there isn't much else to do nearby, so the kids found it a bit boring overall.

Thank you, Manager Wai, for helping us upgrade our room. Both Klook and the hotel staff were polite throughout. The hotel is very spacious, and the bathtub is great for kids. There's also a small tent, and the view is open and expansive. The hotel is also very close to the MTR station and a shopping mall, which is super convenient. The service definitely lives up to the price. Thumbs up!

It was my husband's birthday on the day we checked in, and the hotel was very thoughtful. They decorated the room and even sent up a cake in the evening. The room was very clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. However, the exhaust fan in the toilet was very weak, and it took a long time to clear the air. The swimming pool isn't very big, with three lanes. One is for lessons, one is a continuous loop lane, and one is exclusively for hotel guests. It's fine for a quick dip. The location is also very convenient. Breakfast was average, with not many choices.

This is our fourth stay, and the experience remains wonderful. The scenery is beautiful, and many happy memories were made right here at the hotel. The service quality is high, though the bathtub could have been cleaned a bit better. I didn't take any room photos, so these are all pictures of the scenery 🙏🏼🙈
