Hotel vicino a Gotemba Premium Outlets

This hotel is always my first pick if I plan to visit the outlet. They offer nice room with view, nice onsen with free ice-cream, nice supper with free ramen and coffee, nice foot bath with Fuji mountain view. Highly Recommend!

This was our kids' favorite hotel throughout the entire trip. It was spacious and clean, and even had a washing machine with detergent pods. We were lucky to be assigned room 904, which had a beautiful view. Unfortunately, it was cloudy for most of our 3-day, 2-night stay, so we only caught brief glimpses of Mount Fuji. If the weather had been clear, this room would have offered a truly stunning view of Mount Fuji. We look forward to returning in the future. Driving to the outlet mall was very close and convenient. However, there's room for improvement with breakfast; more options would be better.

Highly Recommended! cleanliness: service: transport access: breakfast: hotel location:

we missed our own bathroom - the shared one could have been cleaner. no catering for vegan/vegetarian.

Ho amato tutto. La camera era bella e spaziosa. Avere un onsen privato è stato fantastico. La cena è stata eccezionale. Anche l'onsen pubblico era davvero bello. C'è un drink bar e altri servizi dell'hotel erano ottimi.

This is a self-check-in property. Since I didn't receive the email, I quickly contacted Klook, and they handled it immediately. However, I still had to write an email or make a phone call myself. If you're abroad, it's really difficult to focus on these kinds of issues (I wasn't traveling; I was helping my family from Taiwan).
