Il centro servizi si trova proprio nel centro di Queenstown e il personale è molto cordiale. Dopo il trasferimento, qualcuno fornisce istruzioni e poi ci si prepara sul ponte. Chi ha problemi di vista deve indossare le lenti a contatto, in loco non sono disponibili occhiali protettivi graduati. Il costo include le foto, scattate da molte angolazioni, e anche un video. Il giorno successivo si riceve un'e-mail con i link a video e foto. Ah, già, sul posto viene anche regalata una maglietta commemorativa gratuita.

First time doing a Bungy jump and would go again it was one of the best experiences I’ve done travelling.

The resort opened one day later than our original booking due to weather, but we were informed promptly and still managed to ski/snowboard. As it was only the first day and snowfall wasn’t heavy yet, not all runs were open and only the practice slope was available, which was a bit of a pity. Overall, it was still worth the money and I would recommend it!

We went out on the RealNZ Milford Monarch. The Captain was very informative of the sights and history of the sound. He took us close to beautiful waterfalls for great photo ops. The cafe had good food and drinks. This is a beautiful experience worth the long drive

From start to finish, this tour was absolutely fantastic. Our guide, Steve, was knowledgeable, personable, and went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great time. The itinerary was well-paced—busy enough to see all the highlights but never rushed. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the included lunch box was a delicious surprise. I especially appreciated the small-group setting, which made it easy to ask questions and connect with fellow travelers. Il nostro volo panoramico e la crociera a Milford Sound sono stati incredibili. Le vedute aeree erano mozzafiato e la crociera ci ha portato vicino a cascate e scogliere spettacolari. Fluido, ben organizzato e ne è valsa assolutamente la pena!

Our tour guide Kevin from Altitude Tours Queenstown was engaging, informative and entertaining. We were comfortably taken to Glenorchy & Paradise and enjoyed a little picnic with some delicious south land food and hot drinks. We were able to take some beautiful photos. Highly recommend this operator

I had an amazing time visiting Arrowtown and Wanaka. My experience was definitely extra special as the tour guide knew so much about the town and would mention random facts that you wouldn’t know (compared to self guided). Definitely was worth booking with this tour and highly recommend anyone to do so!
