Pacchetti Skipass e Trasporto The Remarkables

現地に着いた後、スキーをやる前日に指定された場所でチケット交換とスキー用品レンタルを行いました。全て英語なので、日本語しかわからない方は少し戸惑うかもしれません。スタッフはみんなフレンドリーで丁寧に接してくれました。お値段もお手頃でぜひまた利用したいです！

３人で参加。すべてレンタルで、ゴーグルと手袋も付いていました。ツアー前日にショップにスキー板や服を取りに行き、スキーパスポートも貰うので、パスポートセンターが開いている時間に行きましょう。全部持ってホテルまで歩いて戻りました。

We were extremely happy with the service received by all the staff at info&snow. The bus pickup option we chose was at info&snow and it was really convenient as it was right smack in Queenstown. The collection of the rentals and the pass were all along the same street and it was really convenient. The bus takes you all the way up and down at preset timings.

我是台灣的旅客，在看了the remarkables 的網站後還是看不太懂他們的雪具、雪衣租任系統，但朋友推薦Klook上面的這個套票後我發現超讚的，接駁車跟雪具租任的說明很明確，配套措施也很好，接駁車司機Leyton 人很友善、健談。 可以改進的地方是接駁車的地點可以再更明確一點

Il pacco è stato confermato praticamente subito. Tutto ciò che dovevi fare ti è stato inviato via e-mail, siamo andati all'ufficio Snow and Info di Queenstown il giorno prima di dirigerci a The Remarkables, abbiamo indicato la direzione a poche porte dalla Nuova Zelanda per ottenere i nostri skipass e Quest per ritirare la nostra attrezzatura a noleggio (scarponi/tavole, sci/bastoncini/scarponi) senza problemi, li abbiamo poi riconsegnati a Snow and Info così non abbiamo dovuto riportarli al nostro alloggio, li hanno caricati sull'autobus per il il Mattino dopo. Gli autobus erano puntuali ogni mattina con autisti molto amichevoli ed esperti. Sulla montagna, è stato fantastico. Consiglio vivamente il pacchetto in quanto non solo aveva un prezzo equo, ma ha eliminato tutta l'organizzazione richiesta per l'assunzione/acquisto di skipass ecc. Il nostro ultimo giorno, l'autobus ci ha portati in città invece del nostro alloggio, vicino il negozio in modo che potessimo facilmente ritirare i noleggi senza problemi.

It is a wonderful packgage which is including bus, boot, snowboard and ticket, I really recommand someone who is looking for ski package.

Great mountain (Remarkables) and the bus ride was pretty smooth up. The people at the info & snow store could be a tad friendlier I felt for people in the tourism / customer service industry. Had to go over to the remarkables store to collect the ski pass card. The guy there was super friendly and helpful. Klook could probably provide the dates and location booked as I was not able to find any record of it after paying. There was a snow storm with strong winds on our first day so we wanted to come down the mountain earlier. Approached a guy from info & snow and he kept directing us to join a queue of advanced skiers who were going higher up the mountain 😡 Were saved by some other tourists who told us they previously joined that queue by mistake and had to walk down from higher up the mountain! Same guy also wasn’t very friendly when my sister had to leave the queue for a while (he didn’t even have a confirmed time for the bus so how would we know how long we will be queuing for?) The earlier bus left when she returned and he said “I already told you” in a very rude tone when we were perfectly okay with taking the next bus down. His colleague, a lady who drove us down was nice though and it was a smooth drive down with her. He did look quite frazzled and and I overheard them saying it’s the first time this season they’ve experienced this (not sure if referring to the storm?) so I guess they just weren’t that prepared.

the service was amazing, you can head into the store and get yourself fitted in about 10mins less! staff are knowledgeable and ensure you're comfortable in the gear

Non è davvero un grande affare dato che questo era un prezzo scontato, ma mi limiterò a sottolineare alcune cose da tenere a mente. Una cosa è che devi ritirare la tua attrezzatura e passare da info e snow/quest il giorno prima della prenotazione. Quindi assicurati di avere tempo il giorno prima. Avevo prenotato un Milford sound coach e una crociera il giorno prima, quindi è stato un po' stressante assicurarmi di tornare prima della chiusura del posto di noleggio. . . sono aperti piuttosto tardi, quindi alla fine siamo stati bene. Il trasporto del giorno era buono. Siamo arrivati al nostro punto di ritiro circa 15 minuti prima del previsto e la nostra navetta è arrivata circa 5 minuti dopo. Presumo che avrebbero aspettato fino al nostro tempo assegnato se non fossimo stati lì, ma forse assicurati di raggiungere la posizione selezionata almeno 10 minuti prima

Il ritiro del pass è stato facile presso l'ufficio nel centro di Queenstown. L'autobus era fantastico e veniva a prenderci ogni mattina. Ho prenotato un pass di quattro giorni e sono stato in grado di utilizzarlo per quattro giorni durante tutta la stagione.
