Questa è stata la prima volta che ho prenotato un tour con Klook e ha superato le mie aspettative. Kaylee del team operativo di Klook ad Ha Nội è stata molto professionale dall'inizio alla fine del nostro viaggio. Ci siamo sentiti molto ben curati e tutto è andato liscio, dal trasferimento in aeroporto alle gite di un giorno nella baia di Ha Long e nella provincia di Ninh Binh, il team mi ha anche dato alcuni buoni consigli sui luoghi da vedere/visitare e sul cibo da provare. La posizione dell'alloggio era ottima, è tutto a pochi passi da alcune attrazioni. Consiglio vivamente di fare questo tour se desideri esplorare Ha Nội.
La prenotazione tramite KLOOK è sempre stata senza problemi. La guida era molto amica e il viaggio è stato molto fluido. Sicuramente ottima esperienza.
