CHIIKAWA DAYS Exhibition: Public Shop Timed Reservation Ticket

Purchase quotas apply per valid ticket holder:

• All products: 2 units per design, selected items: 1 unit per design (Excluding blindbox & capsule toy collection). The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to limit or suspend product sales and adjust purchase limits without prior notice. On-site terms shall prevail and are deemed final, in case of any dispute, AllRightReserved (the organizer) 's decision shall be final.
• All products are sold "as-is" and may lack accessories; customers must inspect products thoroughly before payment. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or repair services are provided under any circumstances.
• Final prices are confirmed at checkout, and prices remain subject to change without notice during the sales period. Such adjustments do not apply to completed transactions and may not be cited as grounds for claims.

Payment Terms

• Accepted currency; Hong Kong Dollars only.
• Payment methods: Cash, Octopus card, PayMe, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard ; American Express not accepted), Alipay HK, WeChat Pay HK

Points to note:

• Reservation Tickets are limited. Entry to the Public Shop is strictly prohibited without a successfully obtained Reservation Ticket.
• Reservation Tickets, collectibles, or any content related to this exhibition may not be resold or used for promotional purposes without the prior written consent of The Organiser.
• Reservation Tickets are only valid for the specified date, time, and location. After successful reservation, the date, time, location, or other details of the Reservation Ticket cannot be changed or exchanged.
• Reservation is limited to one (1) Ticket per person.
• If an individual holds two (2) or more Reservation Tickets, all Tickets held by that individual will be deemed void.
• Reservation Tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE and may only be used by the person who redeemed it. Proxy usage is strictly prohibited.
• Please safeguard your Reservation Ticket. The Organiser and this ticketing platform (Klook) will not reissue, replace, or be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged Tickets.
• The registrant is solely responsible for entry. No reissue or replacement will be granted due to issues including, but not limited to, late arrival, unavailability, or cancellation of land, air, or sea travel.

Regarding Purchases:

• Product availability varies by style. The reservation QR code guarantees Public Shop entry only, not the availability of specific desired items. Stocks are limited daily, sold on a first-come, first-served basis whilst stocks last, and are subject to availability without prior notice.
• All purchases must be made in-store. Online ordering is not available.
• Each holder of a valid Klook Reservation Ticket is limited to one (1) transaction only. Repeated queuing is not permitted.
• Staff reserve the right to request the presentation of the Klook Reservation Ticket to verify purchase eligibility and ensure the one-transaction-per-customer limit is enforced.
• Not suitable for children aged 12 or below.
• In case of any disputes, the Organiser’s decisions shall be final. ※ Other purchase limitations are subject to on-site announcements.

Other Important Notes:

• Companions cannot join the queue midway; all members must queue together after full attendance.
• Inconvenient behaviour may lead to disqualification.
• Placeholding in queues is prohibited; leaving the queue forfeits queuing rights.
• Disputes that transpire within queues are considered personal matters; the Organiser will not intervene in mediating such disputes.
• Participants must follow on-site staff instructions.
• Distributing promotional materials or conducting promotional/sales activities without consent is prohibited. The Organiser may pursue legal action against individuals causing disturbances.
• All tickets registered through Klook are legitimate and comply with Klook's terms. Klook cannot guarantee authenticity of tickets obtained through other channels. Tickets obtained from unofficial platform(s) or any unofficial third party may be cancelled without any reissue or compensation.
• Failure to enter the Public Shop with valid identification during the reservation period forfeits them.
• Registrants must have a valid Klook user account; non-compliance invalidates registration.
• Personal information will be used solely for activity-related purposes.
• The Organiser is not responsible for event interruptions or souvenir shortages due to force majeure.
• If the event is canceled due to weather or force majeure, all tickets become void with no makeup events.
• Participation implies acceptance of these Terms, which may be amended without notice.
• The Organiser may refuse ticket redemption without reissue, replacement, or compensation if it deems it necessary.
• The Organiser holds exclusive authority in interpreting these Terms.
• In case of any dispute, AllRightReserved (the organizer) 's decision shall be final.
