Minoyoshi, one of the eight fresh fish restaurants designated by Kyoto in the Edo period, was founded in 1716 and is still creating great achievements in the Kyoto-style cuisine industry. When you taste this 300-year-old Kyoto cuisine restaurant, you will be immersed in the ultimate art and traditional techniques of Kyoto cuisine, and truly feel the delicious taste of the raw materials. The restaurant offers a variety of Four Seasons Kyoto-style dishes, and has private rooms full of Japanese style. Il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è molto alto, vicino a Shijo, la posizione è comoda e l'atteggiamento del servizio è molto buono. Ho scelto il pasto a base di anguilla, che era economico e delizioso, particolarmente buono.

È un ristorante sotterraneo con decorazioni tradizionali giapponesi. Il servizio è buono e le porzioni di riso sono abbondanti. Però l'anguilla era troppo salata e c'erano solo zuppa, un piccolo antipasto e verdure salate. Nessun dessert incluso nel set.

Il cibo era deludente e il servizio era molto lento. Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato i piatti erano molto deludenti. La tempura era unta e la maggior parte del cibo era molto insipida. Non consiglierei affatto il ristorante

Minokichi Honten Takeshigerou, one of the eight fresh fish restaurants designated by the Kyoto government in the Edo period, was established in 1716 and continues to be a leading restaurant in the Kyoto cuisine industry. In 1950, Minoyoshi moved to its current location and was renamed Takeshiguro in 1992, meaning "restaurant with a lush bamboo forest". Every room in the restaurant has a Zen-like view of the Japanese bamboo garden, adding to the elegant and tranquil atmosphere.
