Centrally located big size rooms and very clean property. The breakfast is really amazing with a lot of options for continental and traditional Japanese cuisine.

Got a little confused finding where to actually get to the building coming out of Tokyo station as there weren't super clear signs or anything. Once we found it it was easy! Super cool model in the middle of the lobby of the station/area! It's a bit of a maze depending on where your room is, but manageable.

Common areas well maintained. Rooms are on the older side, not very fresh. Also, no gym available...

We stayed here for 10 nights and the location was perfect! It was quite pricey compared to other hotels in Tokyo but for the space, location and amenities the price was worth it for us. It is directly connected to Tokyo Station which means a quick walk to the train and hundreds of restaurants. Our room was well equipped with pajamas, slippers and every toiletry you could want or need. We stayed in a suite so I don't know if every room came with the same amenities but we were happy. Everything was replinished daily. The breakfast buffet was great with a nice mix of Japanese and western dishes. They had a lovely espresso machine that I took advantage of every morning! My mom also had dinner at the restaurant 1 night and room service another and thoroughly enjoyed both. The concierge was helpful in arranging taxis, dinner reservations or any other outings you may be interested in. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Tokyo!

Nearby the Tokyo Station, very convenient!

Great location for business trip

Connected to Tokyo Station We got the train track view and was nice to see all the trains. Lots of restaurants and shops at Tokyo Station. Easy to get around Tokyo. Starbucks and convenience stores nearby.

Fav hotel in Tokyo. We love the central location and ease of access being adjacent to Tokyo Station. Easy for Narita Express, Shinkansen, and major JR lines. Rooms are comfortable and quiet and filled with amenities. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Convenient location adjacent to Tokyo station, clean and excellent service

We booked this hotel for (1) view and (2) location. As for the view, we reserved a corner room expecting the magnificent city view. It was a disappointment. The view in one direction was dominated by a large, ugly construction site. Worse, the room had obviously not been renovated. The fixtures were outdated and the room had an unpleasant smell which the air purifier did not help much with. However, after we expressed our dissatisfaction via email, we were offered a train view room for our second and third nights. What a difference! First, the room had been renovated and did not have a bad smell. Second, while a view of train tracks might not sound appealing, we were in fact very impressed. It was fascinating to watch the trains come and go at Tokyo station. In addition, the city view was fantastic, especially at night. We would highly recommend the train view rooms and would certainly stay in one again next time we are in Tokyo. We very much appreciate the staff addressing our concerns with the corner room. As for location, it could not be better. We arrived on Shinkansen and departed on Airport Limousine. Both are easy walks from the Metropolitan. I would note that while it is true that the hotel entrance is outside the Nihombashi exit, there are two hallways. The larger one, which we took, is not well marked. The smaller one is clearly labeled for the Sapia Tower and the Metropolitan Hotel. Once we learned this route, it was easy to get from Tokyo station to the hotel.
