Hotel is a 10 min walk to Tokyo Station which is very central to travel throughout Tokyo, Japan area and the airports. Very nice and clean rooms and above all big rooms for Tokyo size. The staff is very helpful and respectful.

Good location but old & dated rooms compared with other Mitsui gardens we have stayed. Room had a musty smell & noisy air conditioning system along with showing visible signs of wear & tear. Very limited amenities again compared to other Mitsui properties we have stayed. It is Tokyo but feel it was expensive for what it offered. Adequate & clean but it seemed to be more of a business traveller hotel location. Breakfast was adequate but also very congested. Only 2 lifts for the entire hotel also seems like a poor design given how busy it is.

Breakfast has an absolutely great selection and the location is within a nice walkable distance from Tokyo station. Good amenities and helpful staff.

Located on the left side of road, ideal for door to door taxi drop off. Conveniently located near Kyobashi station. Our standard queen room was spacious and included bottled water, refreshed daily. The view from the 12th floor was horrible, window faced the side of a building. Reusable room slippers smelled bad.
