⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommended! We had an amazing experience with Serenity Grand Cruise in Lan Ha Bay! A special shoutout to our tour guide, Tuna, who was always attentive, friendly, and informative throughout the entire trip. We truly appreciated how well he looked after everyone and made the tour even more enjoyable. The cruise itself was top-notch. Lan Ha Bay was absolutely stunning, and we loved that there were fewer tourists and a more peaceful atmosphere. The two swimming pools were a bonus, and the buffet was incredibly delicious, with so much variety to choose from. We also enjoyed the sunset party with canapés, which was such a lovely touch. There was so much included in the tour: bike riding or a fish spa in the village, kayaking, swimming, and plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful views. Everything was well organised and genuinely worth the travel and money. Overall, we had an amazing experience. If you’re visiting Lan Ha Bay, we highly recommend Serenity Grand Cruise!

I had a great experience joining this trip. The tour guide, Mr. Hao (Happy), really left a great impression on me. Just like his nickname, “Happy,” he truly kept everyone’s spirits up, even though it was raining that day. He was enthusiastic, energetic, helpful, cheerful, attentive, and always made sure everyone was having a good time. At first, I was a little disappointed with the weather. It was raining, and I had hoped to enjoy kayaking under the sunshine. However, it turned out to be one of my best memories—the experience of kayaking in the rain was unforgettable. Mr. Happy was always reminding us, “Have fun, don’t get hurt,” and he constantly looked out for everyone’s safety. He also frequently checked on us throughout the trip to make sure we were doing well. The food on the cruise was great as well. Overall, I would rate this experience 9/10. Thank you, Mr. Happy, for making this trip so enjoyable. I hope to see you again someday!

Úgy gondolom, sok koreai gondolkodik a Lan Ha-öböl túrán. Segítségül leírom a tapasztalataimat! - A program a következő volt: szállodai felvétel, transzfer a kikötőbe, hajóra szállás, kajakozás/vízi játékok, ebéd, Viet Hai falu látogatása (doktorhal), visszatérés a kikötőbe, majd transzfer vissza a szállodába. (A programról a hajón egy angolul beszélő idegenvezető tájékoztat.) Azok számára, akik Cat Ba szigetén szállnak meg, ez egy költséghatékony módja annak, hogy egy tartalmas fél napot töltsenek el. 1) A legtöbb résztvevő vietnami, de az angolul beszélő idegenvezető gondoskodik arról, hogy senki ne érezze magát kirekesztve. 2) Más hajóutakhoz képest a minőség nagyon jó, és a hajó rezgése is kisebb, így kényelmesebb. 3) Az ebéd büfé rendszerű, és a minősége a várakozásokon felüli. 4) Nincs borravaló vagy vásárlási kényszer, így nyugodtan élvezheti a napot. Néhány tipp... - Nem elsősorban vízi sportokról szól, és a víz nem elég tiszta a sznorkelezéshez. Inkább csak egy kis pancsolásra alkalmas. - Mivel főleg vietnamiak vannak, kissé szokatlan lehet (gyakori dohányzás a fedélzeten, rendetlenség étkezéskor, haha). - Bár más érzés, mint a jól szervezett, koreaiak által szervezett túrák, egy nap eltöltésére teljesen megfelelő!

today was a great day in the lan ha bay when i chose the serenity cruise tour from my pickup spot in hanoi they made sure to take care of the rest, and the tourguide Ha-ha was thoroughly entertaining.

The cruise was very relaxing, the food was very very good. It was flavourful and the portion sizes were perfect. The crew was top notch (shoutout to Lam and Duy) on Skyway and our tour guide Thai was awesome! The itenerary was packed but it never felt rushed. The staff organised with my friends to have a birthday cake for me after dinner (which we had our spring rolls that we made ourselves cooked by the chef)! If another chance arises, we will definitely be booking with Skyway Cruise again! value for money: 5/5 itinerary: 5/5 service: 5/5

Fantasztikus hajóút élmény a Lan Ha-öbölben! A hajó tiszta, kényelmes volt, és a szolgáltatás kiváló. A Sötét és Világos barlang kajakkal való meglátogatása békés és pihentető volt. A fő Ha Long-öböl útvonalához képest a Lan Ha-öböl sokkal csendesebbnek és kevésbé zsúfoltnak tűnik. Ha egy pihentetőbb légkört kedvel, és tömeg nélkül szeretné élvezni a természetet, ez mindenképpen a tökéletes választás. Nagyon ajánlott!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Total of 26 people on the tour. I was the only Korean person. It was a 3-story, high-end cruise ship with a small pool inside, and simple food was provided. You could see several islands, and the sunset was beautiful. We had a short time to enjoy swimming and canoeing. We also visited a local village, and it was a great value-for-money tour. One minor disappointment was that the canoe experience was advertised as included in the tour price, but there was an additional charge (150,000-200,000 VND).
