Szállodák a(z) Daimaru Umeda közelében

We had an early morning flight, so we arrived at the hotel around 1 PM. I originally just wanted to drop off our luggage, but to my surprise, the front desk staff immediately told me that even though it wasn't check-in time yet, our room was ready and we could check in early! Wow! That was fantastic 👏, we could go straight to our room and rest! The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the environment was very clean. Aside from the breakfast being quite ordinary, I think everything else was great. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the main attractions, which means a lot of walking or taxi fares! I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing trip!

It is very convenient, located right by the Namba Station B8 exit. It can be a bit confusing if you are visiting for the first time. During our stay, there was construction in front of the hotel, which ruined the atmosphere a little bit, but there was no noise. The hotel provides everything: ice, water, tea, coffee, toothbrushes, pajamas, and lotions—truly complete. The luggage storage service is also great and easy to use.

This was my second stay at this hotel with my kids, and it continues to deliver great value for money. The beds were exceptionally comfy and spacious enough for all of us to get a restful night's sleep. While the room and bathroom were on the compact side, typical for hotel standards in Japan, they were clean and equipped. Once again, the public onsen was a standout feature and a highlight of our trip. We will definitely revisit and highly recommend this hotel to families traveling in the area!

I'll definitely choose this accommodation in Osaka again next time. It's friendly, clean, and they provide daily cleaning service and replace disposable amenities—it's the best. The public bath was too hot for me to enter, but thanks to the large bath where I could wash with my child, we had a refreshing bath. Every day, the beginning and end of our pleasant memories were cozy and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay, and we would especially like to thank the front desk and housekeeping team. They were extremely attentive and thoughtful, providing extra tissues, towels and slippers whenever needed and keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We had requested a quiet, higher-floor room and extra tissues due to personal needs, and all of our requests were kindly accommodated. We truly appreciated their attention to detail and genuine care for guests. The location is incredibly convenient—less than a 3-minute walk to Yotsubashi Station, with a 24-hour AEON supermarket downstairs and Shinsaibashi shopping street about a 10-minute walk away. Our only minor suggestion would be to have slightly stronger shower water pressure, although the current pressure was already perfectly adequate. We would happily stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Very clean, staff are really accommodating and breakfast buffet was really good! Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy Dotonbori for food and shopping. Accessible for train transportation as well.

Hotel Location: Awesome! Lawson is right downstairs, a 7-Eleven is just a few steps away, and transportation is very convenient. It takes about a 10-minute walk to get to the downtown area for a late-night snack. I have to say, the location of this place is amazing! Highly recommended. Service: The front desk staff is extremely friendly, so there's no need to worry even if you don't speak Japanese! They give step-by-step instructions, and every staff member has a great attitude! Kudos to them for their hard work. Cleanliness: The room is clean, but overall it's small. However, that doesn't bother us since it's very affordable. The only minor drawback this time was that one side of the bed was higher than the other—it seemed like it might be broken? But it didn't affect our sleep, so we didn't mention it to the front desk! Overall, I highly recommend staying here when visiting Osaka!!

The room was clean, spacious enough, and conveniently located. The service was friendly, and they even provided drinks and late-night snacks. It was also very convenient to check the washing machine's status via the TV. Overall, I really loved it and would definitely want to stay again if I have the chance!

Service: The service is absolutely fantastic. There are Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, and you can also rent a lot of equipment. There are free daily activities you can participate in, and from 8 PM to 9 PM, there's complimentary ramen. The self-service bar offers free coffee, alcoholic beverages, and ice cream. It's incredibly good value, making it the top choice for accommodation in Osaka.
