The staff at the Bridget Hotel were friendly, respectful, and always willing to help with any questions I had. The location is great, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. I loved the complimentary evening event in the lobby, and the massage chairs were a wonderful bonus after a long day of sightseeing. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again.… TK

Everything was great. The hotel was in a prime spot by some amazing shops and restaurants. The room was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was really good - there’s a mix of western foods as well as some really good sushi or noodles. I would definitely stay here again!

We would have given 4.5 stars if that was an option. Here’s a list of our pros and cons: Pros: Excellent location. Easy walking distance to shopping and dining, including Dotonbori. The guest lounge was amazing. We did pay for breakfast a few mornings. Nice variety of both Asian and non-Asian foods at a decent price. After breakfast, you could get free, all you can drink soft drinks, beer, wine and whiskey. They also had free ice cream in the afternoon, and free ramen every night at 8:30. They also had free activities every day, but we never got a chance to take advantage of any of them. Cons: we had a triple room, and there was literally only inches between each bed. It was impossible to walk between them. The rest of the room was very tiny. No dresser, which meant we had to live out of our suitcases. Bathroom was very tiny, almost no room between sink, toilet and shower/tub. Almost no counter space in the bathroom. Laundry area on 12th floor had 3 washers and 3 dryers which were very small. Four days of laundry for three people took up all three washers.

The hotel is conveniently located. Room was very clean. Typically sized Japanese room. The staff were excellent! Extremely friendly and helpful with tips and suggestions on local amenities.

We loved it there, close to everything, staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was what a family of three needed. We definitely would come back.

This was our second time staying at the Bridge Hotel and once again we absolutely loved it. It is our favourite hotel of all of Japan and we have travelled quite extensively. The staff are not only friendly but go above and beyond to help you and make recommendations. They offer so many free amenities, services and activities it’s better than staying at a 5 star hotel. Rooms are pristine. Will stay here everytime we visit Osaka!

This hotel sets the standard for all hotels. Firstly check-in was smooth and staff were very helpful. Secondly, the amenities were fantastic, free massage chairs, free ramen daily, free soft drinks 24 hours a day, free alcohol and ice cream daily for a set period of time. Also the fact that they have items such as face steamers that you can borrow for free is incredible. The rooms weren’t the biggest but were bigger than most Japanese hotels. Location is perfect, right on the doorstep of Namba and located minutes from a number of great restaurants. We had a great time staying here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Osaka.
