Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi

Stayed for 6 nights at the beginning of June, the hotel was in a great location, near the Shinsaibashi station and across the street from a family mart. Located right between the main shopping street and America-mura, it’s a great place to stay to feel like you have all the action right at your fingertips. There were a few motorcyclists revving their engines in the streets below, but it wasn’t overwhelmingly loud for our stay. As well as this, the walls are slightly thin, so if someone is playing the TV quite loud, you can hear it muffled through the wall. The rooms are small, as usual in Japan, but these ones felt a little larger as we had a small closet to hang our umbrellas and bags, as well as more space with a desk and area at the foot of the bed for our bags. The breakfast cafe was wonderful and allowed us to enjoy and people watch every morning while we had our breakfast and coffee. Overall a great stay for the price and I would recommend this for other travellers.

i love my stay here… near Dotonbori (less than 10 min walk). the room is a bit small but it’s expected.

Clean hotel and great location

The hotel was very clean and a much bigger room for my family of 3. The room also had a closet, small desk, and mini refrigerator. The bathroom was tiny it had a toilet, sink, and shower very clean as well. The staff was polite. The hotel was in a very good location close to the train station and plenty of shops and restaurants. The beds were not comfortable at all and that’s why I gave it 3 stars. I only stayed one night and wouldn’t stay here again just because of the beds I couldn’t get comfortable at all.

Location, Location, Location,

There were a few Heartons in the area so make sure you are looking at the right one. This one was close to train station for two lines and also close to Dontonburi. Room was good. We got two singles as I am 6ft6in and accommodation was at a good clean standard.

Hotel was located in great area. Easy to walk to many restaurants and shopping areas. Also very close to the train station. Staff was very sweet and accommodating. They helped my family with luggage delivery to my next hotel making my transition smooth. The hotel also provides many necessities one might not have brought to make stay easier as well. The shampoo and conditioner was really nice. I had to go buy and bring home. I booked the double economy room with the large twin and was worried it would be too small since I am from America but it actually fit 2 average Americans no problem. I would definitely recommend this place.

i should have read the google reviews for this property. walls were paper thin. every hallway noise sounded like someone was inside my room. i could hear the neighbor clearing his throat. the room was very hot because it only had the building central air. even after requesting a fan, the room was still very hot
