The hotel is very clean and the staff were nice. I really liked the water dispenser downstairs that had sparkling water and hot water options. The parking situation when you arrive is very confusing- there is no signage to direct you to park in their garage before you check in. There are two twin bed comforters on the queen bed which is very confusing and annoying. The tv kept turning on in my room on its own. When I complained to the staff, they sent someone in to fix it which didn’t work. In addition, the food in the cafe is terrible.

This is a very special hotel. It’s wonderfully colorful, very comfortable, and has great views from the higher floors. The staff were very helpful. And the free drinks were nice as well. slightly uphill walk to campus. But convenient to many restaurants and coffee shops.

All the amenities plus cool water bottles and a very unique room coffee maker that actually made a very good cup of coffee. Spotless rooms.

Location is ok but not the best. Easy parking. No breakfast options except a cafe to buy limited food . Great mattress and bed

We enjoyed our stay at the StayPineapple Watertown. Staff was very helpful, we had 2 rooms, my daughter and her friend were able to check in early. A couple of quirks. The bedding was "different." rather than a top sheet, comforter and bedspread, it was an all-in-one combination. And, for our king bed, there was separate combination comforters for each of us, rather than a king size comforter. I guess this is European style Also, the coffee machine was different. Sort of designed to make it's own "pour-over" coffee. We weren't familiar with how it worked. Once we got it figured out it did make a decent cup of coffee, just a whole different process from what we're used to with Keurig cups or pods. Very convenient to light rail and the University of Washington. Many nice restaurants close by. We used the light rail to get around the city, including to the airport with our luggage. $3.00 per trip. Would stay again.

Cute hotel. My husband and I stayed here while visiting our son and only had one negative. This hotel chain doesn’t provide regular bedding. Instead, they provide what amounts to two duvet pockets so that each person has their own sleeping bag on top of the bed. That just isn’t what my husband and I prefer. Other than that we found the hotel convenient and clean and the staff friendly
