On arrival staff were very helpful and friendly. Beautiful hotel. Rooms very very small and noisy. Didn’t sleep both nights due to doors slamming and people shouting. Dryuch a younger person

Fantastic
Lovely hotel in a great location and clean throughout. Staff very helpful, but issues in bar in the evening and service not the best. The room is small but does the job as it’s only a base. Woukd recommend for access to O2 and central London
