The location was great.. The hotel itself was decent. There were a few things that maintenance could tend to. Gym was okay. My husband said the pool was nice.

I had a wonderful stay at the Voco Hotel in Chicago. The view from the Grand Room was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of my trip. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room very comfortable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and quick to assist with any requests. The hotel was also very clean, and its location was convenient—close to many attractions, restaurants, and shopping. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.

Great stay at the VOCO Chicago near the Chicago River! Finding the hotel was a little challenging because the GPS sent us in the wrong direction, but once we found it, we were locked in and ready to enjoy Chicago. Check-in was fast, friendly, and easy. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was outstanding—close to the river, restaurants, shopping, and everything downtown Chicago has to offer. Great hotel, great location, and a smooth experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again!
