Booked a balcony room. Room was small but fine. Doors & windows don’t block out morning light & the main road is quite noisy. Staff need some training on checking people in to the rooms. Had to park at westfields as no street parking was available.

We liked because of the facility for transportation :Buses and trains the room service was intermittent,on the first ocasion lasted 12 days without room service, having to personnaly mention to the cleaning staff, the supply of coffee and sugar some times not apparent. The person renting the property was a personal friend, came from overseas, and the impression she took ,unfortunate it was unpleasant, opposite of my previous comments about Australia
