Solo stay

Breakfast great, hotel quiet, multiple doors to exit was easy to stay away from reception lines. Overall ok, better for vacation than business travel. No place to meet a client, like a lounge. Only one seating area by the front door too busy, one couch, very tight space. Cento is a great restaurant I’ve been to before while not staying there. Many staff visible in and around the property, all pleasant.

Stayed with family

Nothing worked. They had to change my room three times. The first one AC didn’t work the second one no AC no telephone then management move me to a third room which was an upgraded room. Things did work in that room then they wanted me to pay the difference for this day, I didn’t choose the room that was the only room they had where things worked. The staff was very overwhelming rude but I think it’s just from their culture maybe not sure strange

Solo stay

Had a great stay, only there for one night as needed a stopover. Property had great amenities and room was very clean, staff happy to help. Used the gym facilities, great for a short workout. Only thing I'd add is they need a weighted bag just to have the complete package. Second time staying here, would definitely stay again. Recommend to anyone staying in London. Rooms are a good size and have everything you could need from washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, kettle and of course a decent coffee machine.
