Fantastic

Stayed with family

Easy to get to and close to so many landmarks. Breakfast and the coffee were amazing. We reached the hotel a few hours too early (expecting to drop-off our luggage) but managed to check-in almost immediately. The lady at the reception was extremely helpful and kind!

Solo stay

The Good The staff were genuinely great. The hotel is well situated in Eixample, putting you within walking distance of plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions. A fridge in the room was also a convenient addition. The Bad The room was extremely compact — almost claustrophobic. Toiletries were very minimal, barely enough to get by. Breakfast was disappointing, and with no kitchen facilities on site, simple staples like eggs weren't even an option. Most notably, the hotel advertises a gym that simply doesn't appear to exist, which was frustrating and felt misleading.

Fantastic

Solo stay

I had a very pleasant stay at the Arco Barcelona Hotel. The property is just a few steps from Plaça Espanya, which makes it a great option if you want to be close to everything without being in the busy areas of Las Ramblas or the Gothic Quarter. The access to and from the airport is extremely convenient, as you don’t need to cross the entire city to reach El Prat. The staff was very friendly, the room was bright and clean, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it is definitely a very comfortable and well‑located place to stay.

Fantastic

Stayed with friends

Exceeded expectations. The staff was very welcoming and lovely, we were able to check in early and accommodated our room preferences. They were very helpful with recommendations of things to do and very prompt with every request. Safe area and great to be away from the hustle and bustle, yet still see a lot of great things going on. Very close to multiple metro stations and nice neighborhood! Highly recommend and would return to this hotel.
