I tried to change my booking to the same hotel chain at a different location but Expedia would not allow me to do this. We therefore had to spend considerable time and money traveling to the location we needed. Our room was on the fourth floor with a street view and very noisy. Was also very hot and no air conditioning in the room. The toilet broke on the last day and the staff were informed.
