Excellent hotel with super helpful staff, especially the check-in staff (Daniel). Our Klook booking came through to hotel as two separate bookings for some reason, hence hotel didn’t allocate rooms on the same floor and it was fully booked due to peak season. Hotel offered a free upgrade for one room at higher floor, however we preferred rooms close to each other. then they offered a discounted upgrade to a family suite. and suggested to cancel one of the bookings but only Klook’s sub agency could do that. I had to call Klook to arrange the whole thing, by the time we entered out room it had been an hour since we arrived at hotel. Apart from the check-in hiccups we had an excellent stays at this hotel, breakfast was super large options, concierge was very attentive and super helpful. Our 3 nights stay here was a highlight of all 6 hotels we stayed in this trip.
