first time staying at this hotel and despite being a 3 star hotel, the hotel is good with spacious rooms, good variety of breakfast and great location which is just next to wenhua night market. however I didn't see many facilities within the hotel except a restaurant. staff members were generally friendly and helpful but I faced one or two staff at the reception who seemed impatient to answer my questions. check-in and checkout were quick which was fantastic. overall, I will still come back to stay with thos hotel if I visit chiayi again.

the hotel is in a very convenient location. just 1 turn into wenhua night market. this hotel gave more freebies than others, like facial masks, mouthwash, snacks etc.
