The guest responsible for check-in must be aged 18 or above In accordance with Phase 1 of the updates to the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance, starting from 22 April 2024, hotels in Hong Kong will no longer offer complimentary plastic-based toiletries listed in the Ordinance. If you have any questions, please reach out to the hotel directly. According to the latest regulations issued by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, starting 1 January 2025, a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax is expected to be introduced. This tax may be included in the price on Klook, or collected at check-in.
