The images really sell the property, but sadly the reality is not the same. The pipes in our room sounded like a pneumatic drill going off every 25 minutes. There were chunks and holes in the walls, the thermostat was hanging off the wall.. we were delighted at the price and the pictures but sadly it is not the reality. They also tried to charge extra city tax without telling us in advance as they gave us a different room to what we reserved.

Once upon a time this may have been a 4 star hotel. However poor maintenance and lack of attention to detail during cleaning significantly detract from the experience.
A nicely designed room in a great location, very easy check in process and simple to use digital keys.
However, chipped paint, broken lights and door handles, and a generally grotty feel. Not worth the price, would not stay here again.

GoodStayed with family · For friends and family
The room was very dark. It has a front window with heavy curtains. Privacy glass or screen would work better. The carpet is in bad shape and not clean. Location was good.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!
Look at all the reviews of people who couldn't get into the property. No one is there to help out if you get stuck. We were there with other couples who also didn't get in, and there was one couple stuck outside with all of their belongings inside as the hotel checked them out early for no reason. Absolute shambles, never experienced anything like it. DO NOT STAY HERE

GreatStayed with partner
Good location, plenty of eateries and bars near by, and shops & markets, could do with a spruce up, the decor was a little tired. No hand held shower and no lights in the shower room mirror.

The study was comfortable and location was good we walked to all of the activitieswe had planned. The only issue was that we could not find the settings for the air conditioning and with the sun coming, it was quite hot to sleep. A pleasant surprise, the description was saying there was no elevator, but there ws one, very useful as we were on the 3rd floor.

FantasticStayed with partner
Room was nice but couldn’t get the air to work. One of the bedside lights was broken off from the wall and door handle to the room was loose and hard to operate.
The room was super quiet and the location was good.

I had a really disappointing experience with this hotel. I specifically requested a baby crib twice before arrival and was assured it would be ready in the room. When we got there, there was a crib—but no mattress. The crib literally had a metal bar at the bottom, making it completely unsafe and unusable for a baby to sleep in.
I reached out to the hotel multiple times for help, but only received automated responses saying they would notify the hotel. No one ever followed up or fixed the issue.
Because of this, we had no safe place for our baby to sleep and were forced to leave and find another hotel at the last minute. It’s now been 6 days, and I still haven’t heard a single response from anyone.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially when traveling with a baby. I would not recommend staying here.
