Place was amazing was upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite on arrival. Place is close to everything shops, food and public transport couldn't ask for anything better. Reception were very friendly and helpful when needed parking was easy. Great place for the price we payed

We were welcomed warmly and this was the case every day for our three-night stay. There was a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine as it was a birthday stay, plus we were able to safely leave our luggage with the concierge until we were ready to head back to the airport. The infinity pool deck could do with some extra lighting for nighttime, plus a toilet would be handy. lol Would love to stay again.

The Resort is in an ideal spot for travelling to downtown Sydney with Green Square Station a minutes walk from the front door. The train service is excellent and only 4 stops to Central Quay. There are plenty of small restaurants nearby and a Metro Supermarket a few minutes walk away where you can get everything you need, so no need to pack a load of cosmetics etc in the suitcase. The rooms are well equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. The rooms are serviced but the staff are great so if you need anything all you need to do is ask!

One Global Green Square feels quite new and in excellent condition. Adjacent to a train station, the hotel is well located to reach the airport and the city. While there are facilities like gym, sauna and spa, we didn't try these out.

Property was very nice. We had 2 beds and 2 baths which worked perfectly for our 3 person group. Parking was a bit of a challenge but once there we had a metro station within 100m away. Easy to get in an out if you don’t drive. Very clean but bathrooms weren’t the best for lighting or flow but worked fine. Water took a very long time to heat up but once at temperature it was good. I’d stay there again though. No problems at at.

Here’s a polished version that keeps your original meaning while improving the grammar and flow: The staff were kind, helpful, and professional, but the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel and room left me feeling disappointed, especially for a high-end establishment. The lobby was very nice, clean, and reflected its 5-star rating. However, as soon as I exited the elevator on my floor, I noticed stained carpets and marks on the walls. The room itself was even worse, with stains, dirt, splash marks, and a shattered glass stovetop. Thankfully, the bedding was clean, but overall, it did not feel like a 5-star hotel room. It felt more like a 4-star experience.
