Standard Double Room, 1 Double Bed · 2 Adults · 1 Nights

At first, the air conditioner did not run well, I tried to set the temperature to make it cooler, but no cooling effect until 30 minutes, I asked the owner but the owner blamed me for setting it too low, he asked me to stay and try for another 30 minutes, still no cold air, 27° is quite hot for me. The second time I asked him, he gave me a fan, and on another 30 minutes he said there will be another charge fee if we wanted to change the room. I contacted Klook, and maybe the team contacted him and after we waited for 2 hours, we finally get another room for free. The location is okay, room is good, I hope the owner won't underestimate another guest complains again.
