In compliance with the new government regulation on disposable plastic products, hotels in Hong Kong are prohibited from providing complimentary disposable plastic toiletries and disposable plastic-bottled water in guest rooms starting from 22 April 2024. We have taken into consideration the impact of the new regulation on the guest experience and will provide the following amenities in the rooms: toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, hair dryer, electric kettle, coffee and tea making facilities, as well as bath gel, shampoo & conditioner, hand wash in refillable dispensers. We thank you for supporting our commitment to environmental protection and sustainability!

 Hotel COZi is a smoke-free hotel, smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel.

Deposit will be collected upon guest check-in.

In order to upkeep the facilities and services for our guests, our swimming pool will undergo regular maintenance work from 15 September 2025. The facility will be temporarily closed until further notice.

Hotel rooms cannot be used for group events or parties, including farewell bachelor parties and marriage parties.
