Clean rooms. One room lights kept switching off as the card machine slot wasn’t working correctly and the other room the air conditioning wasn’t working properly

Staff were very rude and not helpful- hotel is good location and reasonable price but food at the hotel is expensive. Good tip is too use the local buses rather than the hopper which is 10% of the price.

Great hotel for a quick stay before a flight. Bit annoying you have to pay for the swimming pool as it was a very functional one but aside from that all fine.

Fantastic
Great hotel, they’ve done a good job of making the Hotel a bit special so I think it stands out amongst airport hotels. We stayed the night instead of rushing to the airport in the morning and it was a good mini break. Plenty of options to ge from there to the airport - we got the public bus from just over the road to T5 and it was very easy
