The room was very very clean almost seemed brand new, parking was great. i guess my only complaint would be the front desk it’s someone working virtually while there was an actual worker at the front desk I said i was going to check in and he pointed me to the kiosk with no words spoken I think it was a little rude, along with neighbors were a little loud all night til about 2-3am but settled down after a while! Overall the suite was very nice and clean

Umm weird check in process and they charge 20$/hour if you wanna check in early.. but it wasn’t bad. Your kind of in the ghetto lol oh the parking is not free! You have to pay 11.50$/day to literally park your car in front of your hotel…

Lovely place to stay when visiting SF! Paid to park my sedan in front of my unit and easily navigated public transit to get around. Seems like a safe enough area to walk to the local breakfast spots as well. Only note is that the floors need better sweeping/vacuuming, but i would 100% stay here again

Virtual assistant was very different from the norm. Room was nice and big. I was not a fan of the bathroom sink being in the living area as it also had a bed. So it was a bit bothersome with the noise and lights when others in your party had to use it.

Walls a paper thin. Everything in the room seems new. Smells new. There is a heap of trash at the top of the property. Check-in and out is with a virtual person which was wierd. It's nice and quiet unless you have neighbors. Overall nice stay but no breakfast and experience feels impersonal.

It’s actually cute inn with little casita style rooms. I reserved a 2 queen bed and it was very clean, with a separate bedroom for one bed which was nice. Room looked upgraded and well maintained with a mini fridge and microwave. Parking rate was good and you can request 2 spaces. The check in was fairly easy with the helpful manager and virtual guy. The location was fantastic as it was only a 10 min walk to the Cow Palace for our event no need to uber in the traffic mess. Stars off because we were awoken at 5am with a weird robot wake up call that we didn’t request. There was also some construction and the walls are paper thin so neighbors can be heard. Also we asked for 1/2 hr late checkout and girl said we’d be charged $20 bucks. Lame. A little table and chair would also be helpful in the room as there is nowhere to sit and eat.

Below average
The check-in was a guy from some other country, on a tv. They charged for parking, then when we looked for our “paid” spot someone else was parked there even until the morning when we were leaving. There was a lot under construction around the property so our room was technically remodeled, but it felt like more of a cheap flip. No crib if you’re traveling with small kids. Pretty meh experience overall.

The room we stayed in had food left over from the previous person (chicken). It was left in the microwave.
