Fantastic Our stay at Princeps Boutique Hotel was fantastic. We stayed in the penthouse, and it was absolutely amazing—spacious, comfortable, and a wonderful place to relax after long days exploring Rome.
The customer service was top-notch from the moment we arrived. Every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The complimentary beverages and PlayStation were thoughtful touches that added to the overall experience, especially for families.
The only minor issue was that housekeeping forgot to replace our towels and restock the shampoo one day. It wasn’t a major problem, and the excellent service from the staff more than made up for it.
Overall, this was an outstanding stay. The beautiful penthouse, exceptional hospitality, and great location made it one of the highlights of our trip to Rome. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Princeps Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Fantastic We stayed in the penthouse apartment, the best of both worlds because we had the support of the hotel staff but also our own apartment. The apartment is so beautiful, really spacious with every amenity we could want. The best thing about it though is the view. We sat on those terraces (yes there are two private terraces) for hours looking out across Rome. You can see the altar to the fatherland, some of the forum and many other things. To help they have even put a photo on the wall with labels and some binoculars. It was so hot when we were in Rome, we loved coming back to enjoy the apartment and cool down. The apartment is well air-conditioned with different controls in each room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and more. We didn’t need to use much of it because the breakfast at the hotel is so good but we appreciated everything we used. We really loved our stay. Thank you!

The penthouse was perfect for my family. During our trip to Europe this was the best apartment we stayed in.

The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked fabulously. The room is not large by American standards, but we had plenty of room for our luggage, to move around and relax. Our room was on the inside courtyard which was perfectly quiet.

Eccellente!!!! Such a cute boutique hotel! Great rooms with cold AC, which was wonderful being there in the summer. Breakfast was delicious, and they had espresso machines and cold water available 24/7. It is in a gray location and a 15 minute walk to major historical sites. Would definitely stay here again.

Super easy check in. Lea was wonderful and set us up for a taxi to the airport which was very helpful. Great room for my husband and adult daughter I was traveling with. King size bed plus twin. Wonderful breakfast each morning with many options for meat eaters and vegans.
Centrally located and easy walk to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. About 25 minute walk to Vatican but not bad at all. So much to look at and experience in Italy. Close to shopping district and gelato any time you wanted it. Great food options all around. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

The hotel is a lovely one floor hotel within a larger building. Our room was very clean and perfect for us. We stayed here 2 nights while sight-seeing in Rome. The breakfast was excellent.

Fantastic This little hotel was a most wonderful surprise! The hotel is located in a central area of Rome with restaurants and transportation near by. Beautiful clean rooms, welcoming and friendly staff and the most expansive breakfast with something for everyone. Thank goodness for the air conditioning! My family and I highly recommend this hotel.
