Room was clean, bathroom facilities were great, we really liked the shower. Was nice to have a fridge with water inside, helped us deal with the extreme heat. Overall really really pleased with our stay, staff were super friendly and check in was nice a simple.

Fantastic
Located about 20 minutes from the Santa Maria train station in Venice this would be a boat ride .to the hotel . You can either take a private water taxi around € 120 or the public water taxi at a fraction of the fare . Get dropped off at the Murano Mueso station and right there is your Hyatt waiting for you ….:) Nice , clean and AIR CONDITIONED ( difficult to find good AC in Italy) . Get breakfast included in your stay as it’s worth it !!

Great canal=front location hotel on the island of Murino. Excellent bar staff and bar location with waterfront terrace. Great King Size modern furnished room, although lighting configuration a little confusing. Vaporetto stop right outside hotel, approx 15 mins into Venice.

Big rooms , we stayed in to floor room with two small beds for the Kids , Murano is more relaxed and less expensive than Venice , you can easily take the vaporetto to move around, worth visiting all the glass factories. Breakfast buffet untill 11:00 PM with good variety and friendly staff
