The moment we stepped through the doors, we felt like we were in a fancy hotel! It was very elegant! The room was just simply lovely with a beautiful view of the garden area. It was very quiet in the room, even though we were in a main location; it must have great insulation. Super convenient in that it was very close to both the trains and buses, but it was also right on the water and felt like you were in Venice. Someone forgot to pick up our breakfast order, but when I called the front desk they apologized and brought our breakfast in five minutes! First air conditioner in a hotel in Italy that got as cold as you wanted. 😊 I would definitely stay here again! Do not look any further for a place to stay!

This was by far one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. My son got sick and the staff went well above and beyond and were genuinely concerned. The rooms were gorgeous, well maintained, lots of amenities that you don’t usually find. I worked at the Four Seasons and I know good service, and this was it. So many small things that made us feel welcome. Even looking into the garden at night, I was surprised to see two long lights and beauty. I can not recommend this hotel more!!!!!

Great location, waking distance from the train station but in Venice there are steps everywhere and it is not a suitcase friendly city!!! The room had a beautiful view of the channel. The breakfasts were great and worth the $16 EU pp. Depending on your room, there may not be elevator access all the way up. Ours needed stairs and elevator to get to the room. Employees are very friendly, respectful, and helpful. Thank you Stefano at the desk and the Egyptian man who helped us with our suitcases when we arrived! You can take the water bus everywhere from the Piazza station very close to the hotel.

We had outstanding service from the time we arrived to when we left early in the morning. I wish I had their names. The older gentleman helped us with contacting an early morning water taxi for the next morning departure to the train station and put us in the perfect room. Another young man helped us with our luggage to our room. In the early morning when heading out to our water taxi, the young man at the counter provided us with a bag of goodies and waters for our train ride to Rome to catch our flight home. From beginning to end, they provided over the top outstanding service! Thank you so much!

Staff at The Olimpia are really friendly and professional, with excellent local knowledge and recommendations. The hotel itself began to feel like home very quickly and the garden is a lovely, peaceful addition to have breakfast in. Everything you need here - All in all a great stay.
