Location of the hotel is absolutely brilliant. Cleanliness, layout of the room, nothing you could actually fault. The only thing that I could put a slightly lower score on was that, for me, the bed was too soft and the pillows were too soft

I was very careful with my choice online making sure that I asked for a King Suite (a larger spa and either large twin beds or a King-size). When I viewed the room I realised that it wasn't the one I asked for. On the (hotel) site's photos there were rooms that featured a single spa which is useless for me as it would be too small so I made sure that I didn't book it. But that's what I got - a Queen Suite. I challenged this at reception and told them that I was very careful to choose a King Suite so I could get the abovementioned features. I was asked to show some kind of proof that I asked for a KS which I couldn't at the time but wanted the bigger suite. This meant an upgrade but was asked to pay about $250 for! I didn't get it. I got another QS suite with the single spa. Breakfast was great. Lots of variety and tasty. Being there on NYE meant noise from the Restaurant but fortunately I still slept.

One Bedroom King Suite · 2 Adult(s), 1 child(ren) · 4 Nights

The location is perfect in the town, very near to tram station and walking distance to eateries. I travelled with my husband and son, we booked a premier king room, the room is spacious, the design is traditional European style and looking old, but the condition is good and clean, and maintained well. We will book the same hotel again if we come next time.
