We stayed here again mainly for its proximity to family as options in Kwun Tong are limited. The location is decent—about a 10 minute walk to the MTR, which is manageable though not ideal. Our room on the 15th floor near the elevator was small but typical for Hong Kong. There’s no real view, but that’s not the main draw. The room includes an air purifier, which is a nice touch. Check-in was smooth—just present your passport and you’re set. Wi-Fi was strong, and the concierge was helpful with local directions. We took the bus to West Kowloon station this time; the bus stop is about a 10-minute walk, making it convenient. There’s also a nearby park with water features, though there was a slight odor. You can walk to APM and Crocodile Center w/plenty of eateries nearby. The area is industrial, so expect crowds during weekdays. The bed was quite bouncy due to strong springs, which may not suit everyone. Toiletries are from Elemis.

Check-in was smooth, with three staff members at the front desk. I was assigned Room 1707. The essentials were reliable: strong Wi-Fi, consistent hot water, and good water pressure. Toiletries were from Elemis, which was a nice touch. The desk, however, was extremely small and not practical for extended work. We skipped housekeeping and breakfast. The TV offered a few international news channels. Amenities are limited—the gym is small, the pool was closed for maintenance, and lotion would be a helpful addition. Overall, the staff were friendly and professional. Special thanks to Calvin at concierge for his local recommendations.

The hotel is nice and clean. Also near to kwun tong station about 8-10mins walk. Near to stores also.

Location is quiet , away from MRT probably around 15 mins walk. As I took the suite so there is a small living room with a sofa. Bedroom is tiny with a queen bed and i find the mattress and pillows very uncomfortable.

Room is nice, got an upgrade! clean and comfortable! Staffs are friendly and helpful. The only thing is no need to use room card to press the level button in the lift which leave a safety issue.
