Fantastic
The staff were great in general. They did not extend my checkout time as a Hyatt member. Great location and great views. No smell or perfume in the room to which I am sensitive to. Highly recommend it.

Booked a spa/massge which was across the street at the same chain. However the amenities and locker room were open to hotel guests and their children. Very uncomfortable to sauna with little kids running around

Amazing view and truly beautiful location - surrounding area east to navigate for many vie shopping etc - restaurant food was so good not cheap but well worth the money spent - staff was helpful and caring with so much going on - we were just day pass users
