Our family had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it comfortable for both adults and child. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel provided great family-friendly amenities, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, including kid-friendly choices. Hotel provides free shuttle service to Disneyland (around 7-10mins drive)-just need to make reservation with concierge. Shuttle service also available back from Disneyland (no reservation needed (bus is located at Parking lot 5 of the Donald Duck bus/ carpark). Can check with hotel/ WeChat page for bus timing. Hotel also provides free activities for kids on the morning.

Free shuttle from airport to Hotel, Hotel to Disneyland is big plus. The staffs are accommodating and helpful. Kudos to the supervisor on duty for helping us to set up our alipay.

as we travelled with kids, the front desk was very kind to upgrade us to room with balcony (with slides and playhouse). however the weather was bad with rain on all 3 days, so the kids did not get to play. old hotel, some maintenance needed, tv not working well, headlight fused, sliding door always slide towards toilet, making the floor in bathroom wet. the breakfast was good. location was a little far from everywhere, but they have shuttles.

If main purpose is for Disneyland, highly recommend to stay here. All staff are friendly and accommodating. Most of the staff has enough English to get by, if it gets difficult they use a translation app 😅. We felt the staff truly enjoy their work and not just going through the pace. If I come back to Disneyland, happy to stay here.

Got upgraded to a camping room with balcony which was a nice surprise. The free shuttle bus services is a great plus, but it would be nicer if the buses can operate at a longer hour (last airport-to-hotel shuttle is at 18:50 which is quite early) and with more time slots to choose from. We tried to reserve a spot for the 10am shuttle to the bund two days before and it was already full. Would recommend making a reservation for shuttles (to the airport and the bund) a few days in advance by contacting them on wechat :)

good location, near to Disneyland and Bicester village for outlet shopping. there’s shuttle service to Disneyland too. hotel and rooms are large. it was a comfortable stay. only thing was that we were not briefed about the breakfast timing/ venue and check out timing. Upon asking, we got the answers we needed by the friendly staff.
