AC was blowing hot air, rooms had ants in them. The breakfast was a waste of money. 12€ and you get boiled eggs that were ice cold from the fridge. So it's obvious that they were not freshly cooked. No scrambled or fried eggs were available for breakfast. You are better off getting breakfast down the street. Limited amounts of fruits. There wasn't even a single bottle of water that was provided in the rooms. Mold in the shower, missing light bulbs in the bathroom. Shower is so small you can't even turn in it. It's like you have to be a ninja to be able to wash the bottom of your feet because there isn't enough space to bend down to reach your feet.Rooms are as small as a match box. Elevator and hallway smells like there are dead rats inside the shaff and walls. Location is the only thing happening for this place.

The staff were excellent. The room was cleaned daily but realistically is in need for a refurb. I didnt sample the breakfast i deemed it too expensive. Plenty of shops and resturants nearby to use. Aircon in reception was exceptional.

Positive: - The bed was very comfortable, and we slept very well throughout our stay. - The breakfast was good, although it would have been even better if there had been some hot food options available. - There are plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area. - The location is excellent, with easy access to most attractions and the train station. Negative: - The double room was very small for a 4-star hotel. - Every day when we returned to our floor, there was a strong smell resembling a gutter or sewage leak. It was less noticeable inside the room. - The shower tap was very small, making it difficult to have a comfortable shower after a long, sweaty day.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and the man who checked us in gave us a recommendation about where we could grab dinner.

Not a great experience at this hotel that is supposedly highly rated. The front desk during check in was very pleasant. Once we arrived in the room, it was quite warm. We opened a window and called for someone to check the air conditioning unit. A maintenance person showed up pretty quickly and started playing with the thermostat but it seemed he really didn’t know what he was doing. He told me the thermostat was bad and he would send someone up to replace it. I told him that we were going to check out the city but to go ahead and take care of the thermostat while we were out. When we were leaving and going by the front desk, a different person was there (Gulio,I believe was the name). The guy kept telling me we could switch rooms or just wait for the thermostat. I told him we had no issue waiting for the thermostat repair while we were out. Upon our return later in the night, they made zero repairs to the thermostat and he began telling me that the maintenance person wasn’t available. I then decided to change rooms. When we went to the other room, the air conditioner didn’t work either and room was like a closet. I went back downstairs and Gulio began to tell me more stories about why the air conditioner wasn’t working. He then started telling me that the air conditioner only works for several hours a day. We were there during the hours that he said and the air conditioner never worked. He then began to tell us it didn’t work because of special city rules in Rome. Terrible!

Great location, easy walk from Roma Termini, pleasant staff, fantastic breakfast buffet, comfy beds, Only negative was the lukewarm to cool water temp for showering. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.

The hotel is in the city center, close to central station, about 7 minutes walk. Breakfast is ok, staff is polite friendly. It is difficult to find curb side parking, I have to park the car few blocks away and 4 euro for 8 hours. The room does not have kettle, even the power outlet is difficult to find. There is only one.

Upon arrival, I was told there no 2 single bed rooms left (despite it being booked under the reservation) and there none available until the next day. Until magically there was a room available with 2 single beds which is what I paid for in the beginning, not sure why it wasn't available from the start... Breakfast options were poor, with Luke warm boiled eggs, some bread and Luke warm yogurts for options, so I would not advise getting the breakfast added on to your booking if you're thinking about it. Only one plug in the room available, a shower with no shower curtain. Small room with small storage but that's ok if your only staying a weekend.
